📝 Job Description:

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and basic maintenance in both office and warehouse areas. This includes trash removal, restroom and breakroom cleaning, floor care, minor repairs, and inventory of cleaning supplies. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Collect trash and sort recyclables.
• Clean restrooms, break rooms, clinic areas, meeting rooms, hallways, walls, and offices.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, extract carpets, scrub and wax floors, clean windows and doors.
• Refill supplies and maintain cleaning supply inventory.
• Perform light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, painting, checking doors and locks).
• Set up meeting rooms for events or conferences.

📋 Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of recent custodial or building maintenance experience.
• Basic English reading and speaking ability.
• Ability to work independently and follow cleaning protocols.
• Strong attendance record and professional attitude.

🕒 Available Shifts:
• 1st Shift: 8am – 5pm
• 2nd Shift: 3pm – 12am
